New Client Coordinator
Charlize is a new client coordinator here at Beckloff Behavioral Health Center. She handles scheduling for new clients with warmth and authenticity and thoughtfully matches clients with a counselor based on their unique needs, developmental stage, and goals. Charlize loves being part of the first step in someone’s journey toward quality support and care! She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2024 and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. She has a huge heart for helping others and aspires to become a play therapist that children can heal and grow alongside upon completion of her program.

Vivian Ivory, BA
New Client Coordinator
Vivian serves as a New Client Coordinator at Beckloff Behavioral Health Center, where she helps prospective clients begin care with ease and confidence. She guides individuals through the initial scheduling process and works closely with them to identify a counselor whose approach and areas of expertise align with their concerns, stage of life, and personal goals. Vivian appreciates the opportunity to make the first connection to care feel welcoming, clear, and supportive!
Vivian earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Texas A&M University in 2025 and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. She hopes to eventually work with adolescents and young adults and has a special interest in postvention and trauma-informed counseling. Vivian is passionate about helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges!
