Group Therapy & Social Skills For Kids In Dallas
At BBHC, we understand the unique challenges young adults face as they navigate the transition into independence. With the human brain continuing to develop well into the mid-20s, this period is filled with ongoing social and emotional growth. Our group therapy services are designed specifically to support that development—creating a safe, collaborative space where young adults can learn, practice, and strengthen the skills needed for everyday interactions.
Our therapists take a specialized, age-responsive approach to group therapy, tailoring each session to address the real-world experiences of children and young adults. Through guided discussions, structured activities, and peer connection, our groups help participants build confidence, improve communication, develop healthier relationship patterns, and gain the coping strategies necessary to thrive in today’s ever-changing world.
Located in Dallas, TX, BBHC provides group-focused behavioral health support both in person and virtually through our Telehealth services. Contact our office to learn more about our group therapy programs or to schedule an assessment.
