Our Child services include:   Play therapy, to work through and deal with the child's stressors. This includes developmental issues and arenas such as depression, mood and behavior problems, and issues stemming from the environment, such as divorce, re-marriage, adoption, and traumatic events. Testing: which includes testing for Kindergarten readiness, testing for entry into private school, learning issues and problems, and assessment for psychological issues. Filial therapy training, where the parent learns to work therapeutically with their child in play, at home! Parenting the challenging child, whether that be the child with sensory problems, or the behavior/emotional issues in children.

Counseling for children, including play therapy. Counseling for parents, working together to solve the struggles that may be present with a child.   Social skills group counseling, for children. Other psychological differences including mood or anxiety problems. Counseling work with children diagnosed with unique differences including ADHD, Asperger's Disorder, Learning Disorders or Differences.  Behavior issues, that includes making up a unique behavior plan for your child to motivate him or her in the areas of concern. Points are awarded along with prizes to help encourage your child in their progress towards success.  Problems relating to an unexpected event. This can be the death of a family member, a traumatic experience, or any event that has had an emotional impact.
